Herman Driessen is based in the Brussels office and has worked in executive recruitment for over 10 years working on behalf of a wide spectrum of leading corporate and professional services companies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2018 as Managing Consultant for the Financial Officers practice, Herman worked for a leading international recruitment firm where he was heading the Commerce & Industry practice for Belux.

Herman first obtained a Master's degree in Economics at the University of Brussels which was followed by a second Master’s degree in Tax at the University of Leuven.

He started his career with KPMG’s Indirect Tax team and advised international clients on Advisory and Compliance matters. 

Herman has recruited at management-level for companies ranging from start-ups to the FTSE 100. Making connections, building relationships, and finding professionals who are as distinctive as the organizations they serve.

At Korn Ferry he helps his clients be more successful by constantly searching for that 'impact player' with breakthrough potential who will transform an average team into championship contenders.

Herman has completed corporate officers mandates in the Benelux. With a focus on emerging talent and high potential leaders, the Financial Officers practice covers a broad range of front office and corporate function support roles both on a single search and multiple search (team build) basis. In addition to his native Dutch, Herman speaks fluent French and English and possesses a working knowledge of German.
