Iggy has extensive experience in Total Rewards in both consulting and corporate environments, having previously served in HR management positions at multinational companies such as Bayer, Willis Towers Watson, Manulife, Scotiabank, and Franklin Templeton.

Prior to Korn Ferry, he was a director at a top-tier consulting firm, where his team provided talent and rewards solutions to leading financial institutions and global companies.

Iggy has led a variety of HR projects with global companies. He specializes in total rewards strategy, compensation structure, HR data & analytics, and digital transformation.

He is a frequent speaker on the topics of total rewards, talent trends, employee recognition, benefits & wellness, digital competency, and people analytics.

Iggy holds an MBA degree from University of Notre Dame in Indiana and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from John Carroll University in Ohio, U.S. He also received Strategic HR Management Certificate from Cornell University and Big Data Analytics Certificate from York University.

He is the recipient of Global Chairman’s Award, Global Digital Fellow, IDC Digital Transformation Award, Regional Most Innovative Team, and Best Total Rewards Expert Team awards from leading companies and HR institutions.
