Isobel is a Senior Consultant in the Korn Ferry Talent and Leadership Consulting team, based in Sydney.

Isobel is a registered psychologist with over 10 years experience working in the area of psychometric assessment and talent development in corporate, government and consulting roles.

Isobel partners with clients across all sectors of the Australian market (key clients in technology, health, mining, insurance, professional services, and public sectors) to advise, design and present solutions to clients based on advanced knowledge of organisational psychology and talent management concepts. Isobel manages client projects end-to-end in the areas of Psychometric Assessment and People/Leadership Development.

Isobel is a Certified Trainer for Korn Ferry in our psychometric assessment suite, and uses her expertise in psychometric assessment as the basis to coach and debrief leaders in the context of selection, career and leadership development, succession and organisational change. Isobel has functional expertise in assessment design and interpretation and is accredited in assessments and competency frameworks including Korn/Ferry’s proprietary Leadership Architect™ frameworks, KF4D™, KF360, Leadership Potential Assessments and other proprietary tools and IP; as well as third party tools (SHL, Saville, Hogan, MSCEIT).

Her specific areas of expertise and interest include psychometric assessment for talent identification and development, assessment and development centre design and delivery, leadership development, group facilitation, and career transition.

Isobel holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Murdoch University and a Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Western Australia.
