Isobel is a registered psychologist with 8 years experience working in the area of psychometric assessment and talent development in both corporate and consulting roles.
Her specific areas of expertise and interest include psychometric assessment for talent identification and development, success profiling, capability framework design, assessment and development centre design and delivery, leadership development, SJT design and development, career transition and safety behaviour and culture change.
Isobel holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Murdoch University and a Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Western Australia.
Isobel has functional expertise in assessment design and interpretation and is accredited in assessments and competency frameworks including Korn/Ferry's proprietary Leadership Architect frameworks, KF4D, Talent Q Assessments and other proprietary tools and IP; as well as third party tools (SHL, Saville, Hogan, MSCEIT).
