Specializing in Inclusive Talent Management and DE&I Organizational Diagnostics, Jamie Small builds compelling, data-based talent strategies that drive change. She creates impactful recommendations that address foundational root causes and push her clients to the next level.

Jamie Small demonstrates a strong ability to execute and possesses a proactive, problem-solving inclination. She is agile and flexes with the needs of her clients. Ms. Small maintains a focus on the client experience, creating a safe environment and trusted partnership.

Ms. Small also possesses a strong engagement management lens, skillfully leading her teams while thoughtfully managing the complex, multi-stream and dynamic nature of these diagnostic projects.

Through Korn Ferry’s acquisition of Global Novations, Jamie Small joined the firm as a graduate student and analyst. Prior to joining the Organizational Strategy Practice, she served within the Leadership Development practice.

Jamie Small is fully bilingual (Spanish). She attended Xavier University’s Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master’s Program and received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University.
