van Londen

Associate Client Partner

Jean-Paul van Londen is a board consultant and executive coach with 20+ years of experience in designing, coordinating and executing assessment projects and processes. With his extensive experience he has worked for clients in practically all sectors and industries.

In recent years he has been primarily active at the C-level and senior leadership level. Jean-Paul has board, management and business development experience as a consultant himself.

Helping clients move forward with high-quality assessment and development expertise and solutions is what drives him. Jean-Paul believes that assessments are a powerful tool to identify and even unlock potential. In his view assessments also help mitigate risks in the appointment process, when performed carefully and with a broad understanding of the client's context, both external and internal.

Before joining Korn Ferry, he worked for 15 years at a renowned Dutch assessment firm in various management and business development roles, which he often combined. As a consultant he helped large and international as well as medium-sized clients, both in the commercial sector as well as in the public domain.

He has advised on a variety of large and international assessment and development questions in the areas of succession planning, selection and potential assessment, team composition and development, leadership and talent development.

Jean-Paul is a registered Labour and Organizational psychologist (Dutch Association of Psychologists - NIP). He holds a Master (cum laude) in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University, and he holds a Bachelor in Commercial Economics from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. As an executive coach (Professional Certified Coach) he is accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation). Jean-Paul is fluent in Dutch and English, and he has basic working proficiency in French.
