Ms. Harrison specializes in the assessment and development of talent across Europe and Asia. She has a broad range of HR consulting experience with corporate clients and public sector institutions, bringing over fifteen years of experience as an HR consultant to the Firm. She has worked with a number of leading global and pan-European consultancies that offer expert solutions in the areas of leadership assessment and development and has broad experience of coaching clients in diverse international settings. Her expertise stems from client engagements energy and utilities, engineering and manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, government and the public sector, and industrial goods and services industries.

Her coaching clients are typically mid-level to senior managers from multinational organizations, many of whom face challenges associated with managing greater operational complexity or working across geographies. Ms. Harrison's clients range from transitioning leaders ascending to more senior roles to those responsible for major change initiatives. She focuses on helping individuals to attain deeper personal insight, sustained behavioral change, and enhanced performance. Throughout an engagement, her aim is to assist clients to build organizational capability, helping them to sustain growth and create quality solutions to address business challenges.

Prior to joining the Firm via PDI Ninth House, a Korn Ferry company, Ms. Harrison was a managing consultant at Cubiks/PA Consulting Group, a principal consultant for OPP, and earlier, head of operations for Right Coutts.
She is a member of the British Psychological Society.

Ms. Harrison has a post graduate diploma and master's degree in occupational psychology from the University of London and a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in business from the University of Toledo, Ohio, USA.
