As a business development director, Jerome connects high-quality accounting and finance consultants with companies seeking to unlock interim or project solutions and maximize their business processes.
For Jerome, the most rewarding aspect of working in the interim/contract recruiting industry is finding our consultants meaningful work. This gives them the opportunity to help clients manage a parental or medical leave, fill in gaps on their team or support the team during a transformation or strategic project.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in February 2021, (via Salo), Jerome worked for more than 30 years in accounting, finance and operations in the insurance brokerage, health and non-profit industries. Jerome has held positions including Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance and Operations and Controller. By bringing this knowledge and expertise to Korn Ferry, Jerome offers a unique perspective for both clients and consultants.
Jerome is a proud graduate of Michigan State University, where he received a degree in accounting. He is an Illinois registered CPA and is a member of the AICPA and IL CPA Society. When he is not busy meeting with clients or interviewing consultants, Jerome enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and two Boston Terriers at his home in Glenview, Illinois.
