In this role, Ms. Vega is responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding and pairing their business goals, and culture to their talent acquisition needs.

She is responsible for driving candidate development through top tier sourcing strategies, recruiting top talent, and creating a positive experience for both candidates and clients alike. Additionally, Ms. Vega is adept at client development and managing end to end search projects for her clients. Her goal is to be instrumental in the growth of both a candidate’s career, and a client’s talent pool.

Prior to her role with Korn Ferry, Joanne was a high performing Managing Consultant for a global search firm where she specialized in placing Sales and Marketing professionals across a diverse range of Fortune 500 firms, to high potential transformative PE backed startups throughout the Northeast and West Coast.

Joanne has focused on placing mid-market to C-level talent across a variety of consumer verticals including Beauty, Wellness, Food & Beverage, Luxury Furniture & Home Goods, Fashion & Apparel, Retail, DTC, Omni-channel, and Ecommerce.

Functional expertise includes but not limited to; Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and HR.
