Prior to joining Korn Ferry in September 2016 he spent 17 years at New Bridge Street (latterly part of Aon) where he was a Partner for 14 years, during which time he developed strong relationships with UK listed clients.

Mr. Hutchings specialises in in providing pragmatic, commercial advice to UK listed companies.

Mr. Hutchings' principal RemCo advisory clients are Taylor Wimpey, Boohoo, Dr Martens, HomeServe, OneSavings Bank, Greggs, St. Modwen, Sanne and PureTech.

Prior to NBS Mr. Hutchings worked in shareholder relations at the Association of British Insurers (now the Investment Association) for 5 years, where his responsibilities included developing ABI remuneration guidelines, running the IVIS proxy voting service and consulting on behalf of investors in relation to company remuneration proposals.

Mr. Hutchings is a History graduate from Leicester University.
