Over the course of her 13+ year human capital solutions career, she has partnered with clients across Technology, Consumer, Telecomm, Auto, Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services, Industrial and more. Joni is known for her expertise in helping her clients solve the gap in critical technology talent.

Joni thrives on partnering with new clients to help them create a talent optimization business case for change and improvement, resulting in better  talent and business outcomes.  She has designed and solutioned new engagements and led the operations and expansion of Fortune 500 global RPO programs.

Prior to RPO business development Joni held progressively responsible roles in Human Resources.  Most notably, VP HR for a Houston based, global oilfield services company and Staffing Business Partner for a global CPG company, where she was part of the procurement led selection team and fostered the subsequent change management of the newly selected RPO partner.
