Judy Tso is an award-winning professional with deep experience in culture change, leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
She is known for her commitment to shifting mindsets & consciousness so humans can flourish. Her interests include exploring cutting edge approaches to change such as Theory U and Social Presencing Theater (body movement and mindfulness).
She has over 28 years of experience in the areas of executive coaching, facilitation, training, instructional design, organizational and cultural change consulting, product development and qualitative research.
Over the course of career, she has worked internally and externally with a wide range of organizations including commercial companies, government agencies, the armed forces, consumer packaged goods, aerospace and defense and academia.
She has held positions in Booz Allen Hamilton as the DEI Learning Lead, in Lockheed Martin as the Leadership Development Manager for Mid-Level Leaders and in the University of Maryland in organizational development.
Her work in leadership development utilizing computer-based simulation for Lockheed Martin helped the organization win a Gold Medal from Brandon Hall in the Best Use of Blended Learning Category and a Bronze Medal from Chief Learning Officer for Excellence in Blended Learning.
Outside of work, Judy enjoys travel, is a big foodie and enjoys cooking across cuisines including Asian, French and Cajun.
Ms. Tso holds a Masters Degree in Applied Anthropology from University of Maryland College Park and Bachelors in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a PCC certified coach through ICF, a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, and is also a Certified Master Facilitator through the International Institute for Facilitation.
