She is deeply committed to integrating body, mind, and spirit to help individuals and organizations thrive.
Her expertise spans executive coaching, facilitation, instructional design, organizational and cultural change, public speaking, design thinking, product development, qualitative/ethnographic research, trauma-informed mindfulness, writing and performance art. Judy has worked across a diverse range of industries—including technology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, professional services, government, military, consumer goods, insurance, aerospace, and academia—either as an internal leader or as an external consultant.
She previously led Diversity, Equity & Inclusion learning at Booz Allen Hamilton, she served as a Design Strategist in the Booz Customer Experience Group and also worked in Strategic Communications. She managed the Mid-Level Leader Program at Lockheed Martin. Her innovative work in leadership development using computer-based simulation earned Lockheed Martin a Gold Medal from Brandon Hall and a Bronze Medal from Chief Learning Officer for excellence in blended learning.
Judy is an avid traveler and passionate foodie who enjoys cooking across a variety of cuisines—American, Italian, Asian, French, and Cajun. She finds inspiration in exploring different cultures, studying Zen and Tibetan Buddhism and hiking through the earth’s stunning natural environments. She has also done some acting and storytelling.
Ms. Tso holds a Masters Degree in Applied Anthropology from University of Maryland College Park and Bachelors in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a PCC certified coach through ICF, a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, and is also a Certified Master Facilitator through the International Institute for Facilitation. She is certified in all KF assessments as well as the Leadership Circle Profile.
