Kamma Braham is the Head of Assessment & Succession, based in the firm’s Copenhagen office.

Ms. Braham has 20+ years’ experience in global leadership assessment, development, executive coaching, team building, 360-degree solutions, and learning facilitation.

She works with clients in financial services, consumer goods and services, energy and utilities, healthcare, technology products and services, telecommunications, defense, public sector, and many more.

As an executive coach, Ms. Braham takes a positive, yet deep, active listening approach that supports the individual’s self-discovery through insightful questions, genuine interest and positive challenge.

As a consultant Ms. Braham has delivered a variety of senior level assessment and development interventions within a wide range of industries including: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Financial Services, Food & Beverage, IT, Mining, and Transportation. International assignments have been undertaken across US, Europe, the middle East, and Russia.

Ms. Braham is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Founding Member of the Coaching Group. She holds a Masters of Organizational Psychology from Aarhus University Denmark, Cand. Psych., as well as a First Class Degree from University of Surrey, and a Master Degree of Occupational Psychology from University of London and a Master Degree of the Institute of Personnel Development and a Coaching Diploma from University of Newcastle, England. She is a certified master practitioner in a wide range of psychometric tools. Ms. Braham is fluent in Danish and English.
