Kamma heads up the CEO Succession and Board Advisory Practices for the Nordics. During her 25 years+ consulting experience her focus has been executive assessment, development and coaching as well as succession management, cultural transformation and learning facilitation.​

Working closely with senior executives, Kamma enables personal and professional growth for maximum impact. She has supported countless leaders on their executive leadership journey, including many current CEOs, and is sought out for the combination of her talent for analysis, supporting the growth of others as well as her astute ability to connect, go deep and courageously challenge clients to raise the bar on themselves and others. ​

As a consultant and executive coach, Kamma takes a positive, yet deep, active listening approach that supports the individual’s self-discovery through insightful exploration, genuine interest and direct challenge.​

Kamma has extensive international experience within global organizations. She possesses in-depth experience across many sectors such as financial services, consumer goods and services, industrial, energy and utilities, mining and defense, life sciences (medtech and pharma), digital and technology products and services, consumer and luxury goods, telecommunications and many more.​

Prior to joining KF’s Nordic team, Kamma was an integral member of the London team for many years. Previously, she set up a successful niche consulting firm as well as consulted through several industry leading firms. ​

She is a master practitioner and trainer, holds Level A & B, certifications in most psychometrics incl. the Hogans Suite, 16PF, KF4D, MBTI, OPQ, StrengthsFinder & Wave. In the past she has been a regular presenter at the BPS conference and published research on leadership team selection, creativity, gender biases on leadership teams and recession proofing talent.
