Kateryna brings extensive 20-year experience across diverse sectors in Europe and Asia, including banking, IT, healthcare and life sciences, agrotech, production, retail, media, telecom, FMCG, not-for-profit organizations, and government entities.
She has proven her effectiveness both as a consultant and as a head of HR function, embodying humble leadership focused on achieving strategic objectives.
With a Master's degree in social pedagogy and additional expertise in CX, EX, coaching, training, and service design, she has also contributed to international scientific projects and has scientific publicationsin the field of human-centered service development and resilience as part of a team of researchers at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
