Ms. Schäfer also works as an executive coach, supporting meaningful change.
Working with individuals and teams, Ms. Schäfer’s expertise lies in the field of talent and succession management, executive assessment, leadership development, and executive coaching. In close partnership with her clients, she consults organizations to develop and implement a talent management strategy. She supports them in picking up the right people for the right job or levels and motivating them to perform at their best. She trains and coaches talent and leaders.
Ms. Schäfer joined Hay Group in 2005 in Frankfurt, Germany. Prior to this she was HR Development Manager and later, HR Manager for Executive Management in a large-sized, multi-national company. She started her career as trainer for in-service trainings. Ms. Schäfer holds a degree in Economics and Pedagogy from the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Germany, and received her Master degree in HR Development from the Technische Universität Kaiserslautern, Germany. She is also a licensed banker and trained coach. Ms. Schäfer worked two years in Hay Group’s McClelland Center for Research & Development in Boston, USA.
