As a former HR leader, Kelly has spent the majority of her career partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies imperative to achieving positive business outcomes. Her broad HR experience gives her a unique perspective that not only helps clients find the right resource for their HR needs, but also ensures interim talent find meaningful work that utilizes their strengths. She has a fast, friendly, consultative approach making it easy for clients to get the expert talent that they need to move important work forward.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Kelly held various HR leader roles specializing in Talent Management and the overall HR function at companies including HCSC, BCBSA, FTD, TranSystems.
Kelly holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Bradley University and a Masters degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.
