As a Senior Consultant in Korn Ferry’s Human Resources Search Practice, Kelly specializes in a variety of HR leadership roles including Talent Management, Total Rewards, D&I, Talent Acquisition, and Chief People Officers. 

With over 15 years of experience as an HR practitioner, Kelly transitioned to supporting clients with HR search needs, leveraging her extensive background in human resources to help organizations identify and secure top leadership talent.

Throughout her career, Kelly has partnered with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that drive positive business outcomes. Her comprehensive Human Resources experience provides her with a unique perspective, making her an invaluable advisor to clients as they seek critical HR leadership talent. Kelly’s collaborative approach ensures a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and organizations, with a strong focus on accurately representing client cultures in the market.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Kelly held various HR leadership positions at organizations such as HCSC, BCBSA, FTD, and TranSystems, where she specialized in Talent Management and overall HR strategy.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bradley University and a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.
