Senior Principal
Kim Zilliox is a Senior Principal with Korn Ferry in the Leadership Development practice who brings over 20 years of leadership development experience to her executive coaching and facilitating deliveries.
With over 20,000 hours of experience coaching and facilitating leaders and teams across the globe, Kim has mastered the intersection between head and heart. She is committed to ensuring clients feel extremely safe and empowered and is equally committed to ensuring they see, hear, learn, and develop the skills and behaviors which lead to transformational growth.
Leveraging her own prior experience as a senior leader, she understands first-hand the responsibilities and challenges facing the individuals she is honored to work with. Kim connects easily with a wide variety of participants at all levels of the organization and experience level and has a warm and engaging style. She routinely receives outstanding feedback around high program engagement as well as key learning implementation.
A few of Kim’s engagements include supporting a Fortune 500 organization to implement an Executive Development Program where she worked with the C-Suite, VP’s, and Directors to develop leadership skills across the organization. She also worked with the Executive Team of a Fortune 1000 company to enhance leadership skills, communication and trust in a dynamically changing period of time. Kim also routinely leads programs for mid to senior level leaders who are looking to increase skills and provide increased value to their organization.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Kim ran her own successful consulting organization, where she worked across multiple industries, multiple functions, and on numerous leadership development topics. Before to her transition to consulting, she was a sales executive in the communications industry.
Kim has a Masters in Counseling, an MBA, is an ICF certified coach, and is certified in the MBTI, DiSC, HBDI, Insights, PROSCI, and the Korn Ferry suite of assessments.
