Koji has extensive experience working as a people and organization advisor and business development executive helping organizations implement people strategies with aligning with business transformation to pursue innovation and sustainable growth.
He has 20+ experience in people advisory firms. He has led several HR globalization projects for global Japanese manufacturing, consumer products and/or pharmaceutical industries.
Koji also has rich experience in HR transformation and HR technologies to support clients to evolve HR function to become business partners.
His clients to many industries such as pharmaceutical, consumer products, medical industry, publishing and manufacturing.
Koji holds a Bachelor of Laws from Tokyo University.
He has written books, such as “Basic HR Management in China and ASIA” (NIHON KEIZAI SHINBUNSHA), “Reward and Talent Management in Asia “(CHUO KEIZAISHA).
He also developed the business training video about MBO, performance management.
In addition, he has co-authored “Practice of HR Due Diligence” in 2019 (CHUO KEIZAISHA).
