Manager, Client Solutions

Kristen Luke is a driven and agile business development leader within the talent acquisition industry.

In her role as Manager, Client Solutions, Ms. Luke is responsible for leading an integrated, go-to-market RPO business development strategy via creating impactful and accelerated talent solutions for clients. She has supported multiple clients across every industry with her primary focus being the consumer market.

Ms. Luke began her career with Korn Ferry in 2015 and has held various positions within the firm throughout her tenure. Prior to her current role, she held the role of Senior Sales Operations Analyst in Korn Ferry’s Los Angeles office. An instrumental member of the team, she managed proposal creation and supported business development for the firm’s North America RPO business. She has also held the roles of Associate Recruiter and Research Associate within Korn Ferry’s Professional Search business.

Ms. Luke has a passion for the consumer industry plus markets that impact the day-to-day lives of the community around us.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she began her career in sales and business development with a manufacturer in the commercial architecture and design industry where she helped expand the firm's footprint across the country. 

Ms. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic Sociology (formally titled “Markets and Culture”) and a minor in Psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
