LaTonya is passionate about helping underrepresented talent navigate their careers while empowering organizations to create more inclusive environments. Currently, she provides consulting to clients in topics ranging from diversity & inclusion, leadership and career development, to emotional intelligence, and psychological safety.  Her warm, authentic approach to each engagement allows her to develop rapport and build trust quickly with diverse audiences.

Before joining Korn Ferry, LaTonya worked in the private and public sectors building skills in training, coaching, diversity, and instructional design. She also previously worked as a career coach with clients ranging from individual contributors to C-Suite.

Her stint in higher education focused on designing career-related classes and helping students be more intentional about their career choices. She uses those experiences to infuse real-life stories and relevant examples into every session.

Her experience spans multiple industries including Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer, and Industrial.

LaTonya earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Oral Roberts University.
