Laura is a concept-to-execution Partner who combines broad human capital and leadership design expertise with deep problem-solving skills and exceptional quality standards. She is a client-centric organizational psychologist with demonstrated success in forming strong relationships and creating structure from chaos.

Laura is known for her ability to strategically manage large and complex accounts, connecting to her client’s business context to look around corners and anticipate their needs. Having started her career in clinical psychology, Laura is passionate about deeply understanding others and helping those she works with achieve their aspirations.

Laura consults with global organizations across industries, with specific expertise in the financial services, investment management, and technology industries. Prior to Korn Ferry, Laura was a Manager at a leading advisory firm working exclusively with global financial services firms on their assessment, development, succession, and performance management needs. This experience built on her broad expertise consulting on human capital strategy and HR effectiveness for mergers and acquisitions across industries, defining talent and organizational capabilities aligned with business strategy.

Laura earned her Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology, cum laude, from New York University. She is certified in the Prosci method of change management and in interpreting and providing feedback on various psychometric tools including Korn Ferry’s Leadership Solution. She is currently completing her executive coaching certification through Hudson Institute of Coaching, an International Coaching Federation-certified program.

Passionate about creating an inclusive community, Laura serves on Korn Ferry’s New York Office Operating Committee.
