Lauren is a seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience in human capital consulting.
Her 12+ years in the field have been dedicated to optimizing workforce performance, aligning talent and communication strategies with business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. As a consultant, Lauren partners with clients to help them create workplaces where employees are valued, challenged, and equipped – three areas critical to not only creating a top place to work but also allowing a firm to maximize the investment in their talent.
Lauren started her career at a global public relations firm, where she specialized in crisis communications. Seeing the role people relations, particularly internally played in such crises, she pursued the intersection of people and business where she focused on human capital consulting. Her path has allowed her to advise private and public sector clients, including Fortune 100 and Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies.
Recognizing that no two organizations are the same, Lauren focuses on meeting each company where they are and developing solutions specific to their unique needs, business model and culture. She advocates for agile organizations that adapt to market shifts, embrace innovation, and invest in their people.
Lauren’s passion for people development, analytical and business acumen, and broad industry experience allow her to serve as an architect for human capital transformation across a variety of industries. She has consulted on each end of the human capital spectrum cultivating client-specific solutions that span strategy development to communication and implementation.
Lauren has an MBA from William & Mary with a focus on operations and analytics, and a BA in business from Sweet Briar College.
