The majority of her work involves moving people from commercial sectors to public-facing/social impact organisations. Lucy’s expertise lies in her knowledge and connectivity across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in the UK. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Lucy was Head of the Board Practice at a global executive search firm that specialised in non-profit and public sector appointments. Lucy’s experience in this firm sharpened her expertise in identifying values-driven, inclusive and purposeful leaders.

Lucy holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Exeter. Beyond Korn Ferry, she is a Governor and Member of the Finance Committee of Garratt Park, a special needs School in Earlsfield. She is an Age UK volunteer.
