Luis has overseen large scale organization and reward programs across multiple sectors and functions.

He has supported large public organizations to implement change trough new labour agreements.

For example, Luis project managed for a large public sector institution (more thann 30.000 employees) in a complex negotiation process in a highly unionised environment, where a change in the paradigm of human resources management was required, within a wider modernization scheme.

Luis has also led organizational design and reward policy definition projects for a variety of companies in different countries.

Luis has more than 20 years experience in leading transformation projects, having worked with manufacturing, financial institutions, education, retail, life sciences, Oil & Gas, mining, renewables, telecom. and public sector clients in Spain, the Americas and the Middle East.

Luis has worked during 10 years for the Madrid City Council as Deputy HR Director so he is familiarised with unionised environments and cultural change initiatives.

Luis is an expert in all aspects related to organization and reward and his experience both in consultancy and large public institutions allows him to deliver a pragmatic approach to the projects he leads.

Luis is an economist from a leading university in Spain (Universidad de Oviedo) and has an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. Luis is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversant in French.

Luis has vast experience on leading transformation projects working with manufacturing, life sciences , public and  financial institutions, both in Spain and Latin America.
