Lukas has been working on projects relating to assessment, talent management and development: conducting assessments, designing and coordinating assessment journeys, competency model design, conducting talent analytics, etc. He also has experience in Job Evaluation, Job Descriptions and Rewards & Benefits.

Prior to his role as consultant, Lukas was a Senior Research Associate in the Professional Search business of Korn Ferry where he has been working on mid and senior level recruitment projects across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices. 

He holds a Master’s degree in Interpretation (German-English) from the KU Leuven and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Linguistics.

Lukas is fluent in Dutch, English, German and French.
