Ms. Cogan works in Korn Ferry’s Assessment and Succession practice, designing and implementing solutions which include competency modeling, Success Profile creation, behavioral-based interviewing, and leadership assessments.
Ms. Cogan partners with clients to achieve business objectives by optimizing their talent selection and development strategies.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Cogan spent over six years in the manufacturing industry advising and supporting senior leaders as a Human Resources Business Partner. She has experience effecting talent solutions for a global fortune 150 organization.
Ms. Cogan graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy. She has also received a leadership coaching certification from Northwestern University’s Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change.
