Associate Client Partner

Ms. Rehmann has over 15 years experience in helping organizations to assess their talent & leadership pipeline launch development programs and drive employee engagement & culture change.

Ms. Rehmann works closely with board members and senior executives to identify and implement both, organizational & culture change initiatives as well as programs to drive development of talents & leaders.

In the last 8 years, Ms. Rehmann gained comprehensive experience as business leader herself having P&L responsibility for one of Korn Ferry Hay Group's divisions in the German speaking markets. 

Current clients span across all industries (e.g. financial services, consumer, industrial goods) and mainly include mid-/large-size multinationals.

One of Ms. Rehmann's focus areas include designing and implementing programs to enhance key talent & leadership capabilities: competency modeling, assessments (interviews, simulations, online diagnostics), blended learning development programs, coaching, talent management.

Additionally, she supports clients in challenging organizational development programs. Utilizing diverse diagnostics (e.g. 360°/180° feedback tools, employee surveys) Ms. Rehmann helps identify and drive culture change processes. She works closely with managers and their teams to derive and implement targeted actions. 

Ms. Rehmann holds a diploma in organizational psychology and is a certified trainer and business coach. Her Korn Ferry accreditations include competency framework & modeling (KFLA = Lominger) as well as online diagnostics like Talent Q and Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential (KFALP).

She is a native German speaker and fluent in English.
