With over 18 years of consulting experience working with clients in both public and private sectors around the world, Mr. Zeinoun successfully creates and delivers integrated solutions to give people the opportunity to realize their full potential and organizations to advance their strategies.
Mr. Zeinoun's expertise focuses on partnering with clients during major change to help them build effective organizations through strategy decoding, structure design, culture transformation, change management, as well as performance and talent management.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Zeinoun worked in managerial roles at global consulting firms such as Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading the human capital team across multiple industries.
Mr. Zeinoun holds a Masters in Business Administration from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon. He also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HRCI institute in Alexandria, USA.
He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is accredited in Work Design and Measurement, Behavioral Event Interviewing, Leadership Styles and Organization Climate.
