His expertise is in connecting the components of organisational change: from structures and processes, to culture, leadership and managing performance. Mr Higham's focus is on creating practical solutions that business leaders will support and that clearly align to company objectives.
Originally from Northern Ireland, he leads client work in Ireland, UK and EMEA. Examples include leadership development programmes for international clients, re-structuring projects for global businesses, talent management and assessment of high potentials, workforce implications and culture change.
Mr Higham also leads Executive Team development, coaching and assessment projects for senior directors to improve management practices and business performance, including improvements in company culture and increasing employee engagement.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2004, Mr Higham worked in Financial Services in corporate strategy development, relationship management, e-commerce and marketing.
He supports clients across many sectors, with a particular emphasis on Industrial and Financial Services markets.
His areas of expertise include: strategy execution and organizational design; talent strategy and work design; leadership development; coaching and facilitation; assessment and selection.
Mr Higham has a Law Degree from the University of Dundee and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
