Managing Director, Interim HR, Chicago & Milwaukee
Martha Watt is the Managing Director for Korn Ferry's Interim HR practice based in Chicago. She manages the teams in Chicago and Milwaukee and also works with area HR leaders for interim HR consulting and leader support.
Martha’s experience in the Human Resources and the People function spans over 30 years, including recruiting & executive search, talent & leadership development, learning & education, executive coaching, career transition, and organizational change management, supporting clients in industrial/manufacturing, healthcare, CPG/retail, and the financial, insurance and professional services.
Martha and her team works with organizations seeking seasoned HR practitioners to support their existing teams across the full spectrum of HR including, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HRIS, Leadership Development, and HR Transformation.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Martha was in consulting, business development, marketing, and customer experience leadership roles for organizations including, Executive Coaching Connections, Gagen MacDonald, The CARA Group, Spherion, AT Kearney, EDS and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Martha is a member of The Executive Club of Chicago, the Chicago Corporate Coalition, and a Board member for Chicago SHRM.
She holds a B.S.E. in industrial engineering from The University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She is also received certifications in Coaching Essentials from CoachU, Prosci’s Enterprise Change Management, and Values-based Leadership from Northwestern.
