Martha Watt is the Market Leader for Korn Ferry's Interim HR practice based in Chicago. She works with area leaders for interim HR consulting and leadership support.as well as oversees the business development team.

Martha’ has over 30 years of experience in the Human Resources function across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting & executive search, talent & leadership development, learning & development, executive coaching, career transition, and organizational change management, supporting clients in life sciences/healthcare industrial/manufacturing, CPG/retail, and the financial, insurance and professional services.

Martha and her team works with organizations seeking seasoned HR practitioners to support their existing teams across the full spectrum of HR including, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HRIS, Leadership Development, and HR Transformation.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Martha was in consulting, business development, marketing, and customer experience leadership roles for organizations including, Executive Coaching Connections, Gagen MacDonald, The CARA Group, Spherion, AT Kearney, EDS and Digital Equipment Corporation. 

Martha is a board member of The Executive Club of Chicago, Chicago SHRM, and Chief.

She holds a B.S.E. in industrial engineering from The University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She has certifications in Coaching Essentials from CoachU, Prosci’s Enterprise Change Management, and Values-based Leadership from Northwestern.
