Matt has 28 years of global experience, living and working in 5 countries across 4 continents. He is an early adopter focused on defining AI-augmented leadership to prepare people to lead machines alongside humans.

Matt is lead designer and facilitator for frontline, mid-level and executive programs in North America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, developing thousands of leaders and receives resoundingly positive feedback about learning outcomes, mindset shifts and leadership impact. Matt distills complex topics into tangible insights to drive rich group discussion, welcoming healthy debate and ensuring high engagement. He values establishing a classroom culture of psychological safety to drive peer-based learning, build connection and wrestle with complex ideas.

Matt is an assessor of leadership potential and readiness, using tools such as gamified business simulations, psychometrics, behavioral interviews, and assessment centers, and generating organizational insight through data analytics to guide talent strategy.

As a talent management advisor, Matt has worked in industry, partnering directly with senior executives of large multinationals on talent reviews, hiring decisions and assessment strategy for high potential leaders.

Matt has been an executive coach to nearly 1000 leaders around the globe, from CEOs to GMs, always with an aim to align the leader’s growth to the needs of the team, the business, and the customer community.

Matt started his career as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps, flying drones and building real-world leadership experience in high-stakes environments.
