Matt has 30 years of global experience in 5 countries across 4 continents. His passion is developing AI-augmented leaders with the judgment, agility, and systems thinking required to lead people alongside intelligent machines.

Matt is lead designer and facilitator for executive and general management programs globally, where leaders learn through the process of real work, addressing mission critical challenges in their business, and strengthening enterprise mindset.

Matt is an assessor of leadership potential and readiness, using gamified business simulations, psychometrics, behavioral interviews, and assessment centers to strengthen data-driven talent decisions.

As a talent management advisor, Matt has worked in industry, partnering directly with senior executives of large multinationals on talent reviews, hiring decisions and assessment strategy for high potential leaders.

Matt has been an executive coach to nearly 1000 leaders around the globe, from CEOs to GMs, always with an aim to align the leader’s growth to the needs of the team, the business, and the customer community.

Matt started his career as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps, introducing drone technologies to armies across APAC, the Americas and Africa, building real-world leadership experience in high-stakes environments.
