Mr. Ambrosino brings 10+ years of assessment experience across a variety of different industries. He also has extensive global experience and works with leaders in Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Mr. Ambrosino is passionate about helping his clients clarify priorities, gain more self- awareness and take action to increase leadership effectiveness.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Ambrosino spent 11 years in a consulting firm, serving as a subject-matter-expert on simulations, feedback delivery, and assessment content creation.

Mr. Ambrosino graduated Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Psychology. He has also graduate with a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology Magna Cum Claude from Hofstra University.
