Michael is known for his collaborative style and the ability to efficiently and effectively co-create solutions with stakeholders from Australia’s and the world’s leading firms.

Michael’s specialisations include the design, analysis and implementation of performance and reward systems, career levelling structures, annual and long-term incentive schemes and wider HR policies, with a deep experience in position evaluation. 

Michael holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School (Australia) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan (USA).
