Mr. Simon has been active in talent management consulting for more than twenty years. He has deep experience working with leaders, teams, and organizations to improve effectiveness, develop human resource strategies, design and facilitate development programs, improve team effectiveness, develop strategic communications and design and implement performance management systems. Throughout his career, he has worked with clients in financial services, life sciences and health care, consumer goods and services, diversified industrial, professional services, retail, technology products and services, and higher education industries.
He is passionate about helping clients clarify priorities and take meaningful action to improve their professional and organizational performance. As well, he has a strong track record of partnering with clients to shape innovative and custom solutions to address pressing leadership development needs. A seasoned executive coach and assessor, Mr. Simon effectively integrates a disciplined yet flexible approach that meets clients where they are, builds trust, and engages commitment to develop.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Simon served in partner and consultancy positions for a variety of organizations. His employment history includes The Syncretics Group, Stromberg Consulting, Mercer, Inc., Watson Wyatt, Inc., and Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.
He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the American Management Association.
Mr. Simon earned his doctoral and master's degrees in industrial and organizational psychology from New York University and his bachelor's degree in psychology from Duke University.
