Ms. Martin is an executive coach, consultant, engagement manager, and facilitator in the Advisory Practice.
Ms. Martin has over 25 years of experience in progressive human resources and human capital consulting roles. She coaches and advises C-suite leaders and individual contributors at all levels in organizations across multiple industries. Her consulting is informed by her strong track record in business development, relationship building, and global program management. She uses assessments, reflection, and exploration to help clients achieve their personal and business goals. Her caring but firm demeanor pushes her clients towards growth and accountability.
She has held global senior HR roles in: financial services, mortgage servicing, retail, operations, management consulting, oil and gas, non-profits, government contractors, life science and biotechnology. She was most recently the director of HR strategy and change management for a prominent global life sciences company.
Ms. Martin is certified by the International Coaching Federation (PCC). She earned her Leadership Coaching and Facilitation certificates from Georgetown University, her B.B.A. in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas, and her MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
Ms. Martin is certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and HR Certification Institute (SPHR and GPHR). She is also a PROSCI certified change management professional. Ms. Martin has served as a board member for non-profit, education, professional development, civil rights and social action organizations.
