Ms. Martin is a facilitator in the Korn Ferry Leadership and Professional Development - Advisory Practice.

Ms. Martin has over 25 years of internal HR and external human capital consulting and facilitation experience. She has held progressive senior HR leadership and consulting roles across several industries. Her work has included small and large group facilitation: Focus Groups, Leadership Development Courses, Senior Leadership Strategic Planning Sessions, Employee Engagement and Cyclical Processes. 

She was most recently the director of HR strategy and change management, for a prominent global life sciences company, where she leveraged technology to lead transformational change.

Ms. Martin earned her Facilitation certificate and Leadership Coaching certificate from Georgetown University, her B.B.A. in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas, and her MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.

Ms. Martin is certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and HR Certification Institute (SPHR and GPHR). She is also a Prosci certified change management professional. Ms. Martin has served as a board member for non-profit, education, professional development, civil rights and social action organizations.
