As a senior consultant in organizational strategy, Michelle specializes in work and career architecture, including job analysis, role design and evaluation, organizational design, workforce planning, change leadership and implementation.

Michelle is experienced in in-depth assessment interviews, report writing, feedback conversations, facilitation of trainings for front-line through senior leadership, competency modeling, job family modeling, as well as stakeholder and project management.

Curious, collaborative and solution-oriented, Michelle’s approach to consulting in grounded in evidence-based practice, research, active listening, and observation. Each organization and team brings unique values and drivers, which Michelle seeks to understand and customize solutions in support of. Her learning orientation and broad human capital expertise empowers clients to articulate their vision, goals and transformative needs, and develop tactical plans and solutions to achieve their fullest potential.

Michelle has worked across various human resource domains within the biopharmaceutical space, most recently as an HR business partner. In that role, she drove the development and delivery of learning programs; facilitated stakeholder workshops to develop career pathways; worked with leaders to define success in each role; and provided change management support to empower employees and managers in their development conversations.

Michelle received her B.S. in rehabilitation psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and is currently pursuing her M.A. in business psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.  Michelle also holds her Professional of Human Resources certification and volunteers as a board member for Mental Health America, North Suburbs.
