Mr. Miyake has worked in many leadership development, assessment projects, and competency model building projects.
He also has experiences in HR system design projects including designing and delivering leadership development programs, executives assessments, facilitation of top-team workshops, designing and implementing assessment centers and extensive one to one consultations as part of development / assessment programs
His experiences in leadership development, assessment, and competency projects cover various industries such as pharmaceutical, printing, electronics, banking, chemical, telecommunication, car industry. He has worked for pharmaceutical, banking, chemical companies in HR system design projects.
Mr. Miyake joined Korn Ferry in 1999.
Prior to Korn Ferry , he worked at Boston Consulting Group, where he contributed to planning strategies and business analyses for clients. Before that, he worked at Tohmatsu Consulting as an IT planning and BPR consultant. Before entering consulting industry, he worked at the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
He has earned MBA from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
He holds Bachelor and Master of Chemical Engineering from the University of Tokyo.
