Ms. Chan comes with a breadth of experience across Strategy Formulation, Business Development, Career Coaching and HR Business Partnering across government, education and consumer goods companies.
Her work as a business development specialist at the Singapore Economic Development Board (SEDB) and INSEAD exposed her to C-suite executives to understand their business needs and provide customised solutions at an industry and company level.
During her time as a HR Business Partner in SEDB and FrieslandCampina, Natalie has worked on various talent topics including leadership framework development, selection process re-design; design and implementation of global change management initiatives; and progression planning for high potential leaders across Asia.
Ms. Chan graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science (Life Sciences) (Hons) degree.
Born in Singapore, Ms. Chan completed an exchange programme at the Albert Ludwig Universität in Freiburg, Germany, and leverages her international exposure and cross-cultural understanding to support her clients. Her language skills include English, Mandarin and German.
