Natasha Chandler is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry Consulting located in New Jersey focused on North American Industrial & Energy Markets.

She has a proven track record of helping companies and leaders be great and design and deliver on ambitious strategies and performance goals. Natasha has 25 years of experience advising CEOs, CHRO’s and executive teams on how to successfully navigate shifts in business strategy, leadership, organization and operating models.

Natasha is a business organizational psychologist and received her Masters from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology & Change Leadership with Executive Coach certification. She also has an MBA and B.S in Marketing from Monmouth University where she serves on the board of the Business School. 

Natasha joined Korn Ferry from Chandler Consulting Group which she founded to support large and small start-up companies with change, human capital strategies, and CEO coaching. Her most recent assignment was as first-ever CHRO to for a public renewable energy company.

At Honeywell, she was Vice-President Human Resources Organizational Development & Learning for Performance Materials and Technologies and led projects in: Resins and Chemicals, UOP, Honeywell Process Solutions, Specialty Materials. and Aerospace. She led business transformation, global leadership effectiveness, talent management, merger-integration, learning, performance management and co-authored CEO talent report.

At Merck, she spent 15 years in global roles advancing to become the Executive Director of Strategy and Business Transformation leading initiatives in Commercial, R&D and Manufacturing. During her tenure she led the design and implementation of major change programs including: Merck-Schering Plough Merger Integration ($42B), Commercial Services Transformation, Animal Health Strategy, Compensation & Career Framework, Merck Supply Chain Transformation, Customer Centricity, Emerging Markets, and Clinical Trial Re-engineering.

She has been nationally recognized for her leadership impact and has been as “Top 50 Women in Business in New Jersey” and “Girl Scout Woman of Achievement.
