Nichol has particular expertise in designing multi-modality learning experiences that activate the skills, capabilities, and mindsets required to be successful in a rapidly changing landscape. 

Nichol has held senior HR roles across industries, including Professional Services (Deloitte), Government (icare NSW), FMCG (Staples and Coles), and Education (University of Sydney and La Trobe University). Her experience spans Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, and Leadership & Learning Development.

She has led global, national and regional projects across Learning, Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Talent Management, Organisational Culture & Change, Employee Engagement, Learning Systems Implementation and People Experience. 

Most recently, she has worked on the strategy and delivery of Future of Learning initiatives applied across Onboarding, Graduate Learning, Compliance Learning, Technical Capabilities, Professional Development, Client & Sales Learning, Industry Learning, and Future Capabilities including Data & Digital, Innovation and Inclusion.  

Eager to transform how learning is experienced while delivering real business outcomes, she designs learning experiences by taking a human-centered approach. Embracing digital technologies, immersive learning labs, skills academies, credentialing, and AI-powered personalised learning plans, she is experienced in delivering solutions that engage the audience and enable learning retention. 

Nichol holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong and is accredited in tools from Human Synergistics, The Leadership Circle, and Hogan.
