As a Senior Consultant in the Assessment & Succession solution area, Nicole Landowski empowers clients through the use of talent analytics.

Dr. Landowski is dedicated to working closely with client teams to deliver impactful insights into the challenges organizations face using advanced analytical techniques, backed by rigorous and scientific research. She is passionate about making analytics clear, approachable, and effective to non-technical project stakeholders.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2021, Dr. Landowski worked in higher education assessment and evaluation, where she collaborated with stakeholders to articulate, measure, and report on the success of their programs for the purposes of continuous improvement and renewal of the accreditation cycle. She also brings experience from a leading personality assessment publisher where she produced technical manual content upon revisions to the company’s global scoring system.

Dr. Landowski holds a bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in psychology from Creighton University, completed her master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from St. Cloud State University, and completed her doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In her research, Dr. Landowski focuses on workplace meeting effectiveness, teams/collaboration, cross-cultural differences, and measurement. Her research has appeared or is forthcoming in a number of scholarly journals including Journal of Managerial Psychology, Frontiers in Psychology, and Cross-cultural Research. She is affiliated with the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
