Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Rachael was a Partner at Aon Hewitt where she worked with leading organisations in New Zealand and Australia as Head of the Performance and Reward Practice for the Pacific region.
Rachael established Aon Hewitt's New Zealand Talent & Reward practice in 2006. In 2011, Rachael transferred from the New Zealand office to Sydney to lead the development of the Reward Data & Analytics team, before being promoted to lead the overall Reward practice across the Pacific region
Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Rachael worked for Vodafone New Zealand where she managed Vodafone's HR Services function. In this role Rachael was responsible for developing and implementing Vodafone's remuneration strategy as well as management of the operational aspects of HR.
Rachael has over 20 years' experience in Human Resources (HR) and remuneration management and has worked in both corporate and consulting roles in this field in the following areas:
