In 2018, with six years of experience in accounting and finance recruiting, Rachel came to Lucas Group as a Senior Partner in the Accounting & Finance practice group.  In 2022, she was promoted to Executive Senior Partner. Working with Fortune 500 corporations, privately-held companies as well as private equity-owned businesses, she matches high caliber talent to a wide range of accounting and finance positions. Rachel enjoys making a positive difference in someone’s life or business and most importantly, allowing her candidates to love what they do in their careers. She prides herself on being more than just a recruiter, but rather a trusted partner and resource for both her clients and candidates.

Rachel began her career with Deloitte after interning there during college. While with the company, she earned her CPA after passing three parts of the exam in less than two months and the fourth while working full time for the firm. She later worked as an Internal Auditor at Fifth Third Bank for nearly three years before transitioning into recruiting in 2012 with Robert Half. At Robert Half, she was a multi-million-dollar award recipient and quickly made a name for herself in the executive recruiting industry.

Rachel spends her free time cheering for her alma mater, the University of Kentucky Wildcats, where she double majored in Finance and Accounting. Her dog is named Lexie after her former home of Lexington, Kentucky and was coincidentally born the night UK won a national championship title in basketball!
