Rachel Caruso- Novack helps lead the development of intellectual property as well as manages operations for the Korn Ferry Institute an innovation center for Korn Ferry focused on illuminating key trends and drivers of human and organizational performance.

Ms. Caruso-Novack's leadership purpose is to enable and empower individuals to become their own heroes and assist them to transform their lives, organizations, and communities. She does this by creating solutions that will help them exceed their potential and build their confidence to unleash their inner superpowers.

Ms. Caruso-Novack specializes in bringing order to chaos and translating research into intellectual property that can be utilized in real world situations. She has contributed to building out Korn Ferry Success Profiles, authoring assessment report content, interpretation guides, developing executive onboarding solutions, conducting research on organizational transformation and answering client’s pressing content and science questions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Caruso-Novack served as a product leader at a large assessment and education company, where she developed and managed award-winning psychological assessments and digital platforms. As a product leader, Ms. Caruso-Novack became highly skilled in agile development practices and methodologies.

Ms. Caruso-Novack earned a master’s degree in organizational management from Concordia University, and a bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in information science from the University of Wisconsin System. Ms. Caruso-Novack holds several certifications, including certification in pragmatic marketing and product management.
