Rajes Pillay

Rajes brings 24 years of experience within the Leadership, Talent & Engagement capacity, particularly in the areas of Leadership Assessment and Development, Change Management, Talent Management and Human Capital Development. 

Her industry experience spans across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, consumer products, financial services, health care, pharmaceuticals, airport authorities, government linked/multinational companies, utilities, education and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Rajes was heading her own boutique Consulting outfit focusing primarily on Performance Management, Succession Management, Competency Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Assessment, Talent Development, Retention and other spectrums of taking Human Performance to the next level.

Delivering some of Korn Ferry’s bespoke Leadership Development programs, she drives to bring the best of leaders as part of her portfolio at Korn Ferry. With global projects and other initiatives, she finds immense passion in accelerating the performance and development of leaders.

Rajes has played key roles in aligning organisation’s objectives to that of the strategy, process and people. Bringing innovation, engagement and execution to the board, she has partnered with organisations to realise the leadership potentials, bringing out the best in them.

In recent years, Rajes has focused on working with Senior Leadership and C-Suite incumbents in delivering large scale Leadership Assessment and Development assignments, identifying and leveraging of their strengths whilst working on development opportunities in preparing them for the next level.

Certified in Coaching and with key experiences in design and conduct of 360 degree feedbacks and Competency Based Interviews, Rajes has guided and lead multiple discussions with teams and leaders as well as conduct employee development and intervention programs to improve and grow the effectiveness of individuals, teams and leaders.

Rajes holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Commerce from University of Staffordshire, UK and obtained her ICF Professional Coaching Certification in 2019.

Rajes is certified in Design Thinking and Agile as well as Korn Ferry IP led initiatives including KF Potential, KF 360, Learning Agility, ILS/OCS and KFLS. She is well versed in the languages of English and Malay.
