Her work entailed building curriculum around the 70/20/10 learning model and in alignment with client desired leadership behaviors. Learning elements included in-person workshops, virtual webinars, peer coaching, asynchronous prework, field assignments and action learning projects.
For a world leader in lighting manufacturing, she brought change management concepts, principles and key skills to over 100 managers from Canada, US, Mexico and Germany charged with leading business transformation.
Ms. Osborne has demonstrated success selling, designing, and implementing high-impact learning and development solutions in support of corporate goals. She has a proven track record over 25 years as a motivational change agent, consultant and operational leader.
In addition to her consulting experience, Ms. Osborne has held talent development leadership roles in healthcare and manufacturing sectors, driving strategic and operational priorities for talent development initiatives linked to business strategy.
