Senior Principal

As part of the Organisational Strategy team, Sarah is a Senior Principal, based at the London office.

Sarah has experience of working both within the private (financial services, telco and media and FMCG) and public sector (public safety, Defence and national security). She is currently  supporting clients within UK Defence account.

Sarah is passionate about working with clients to maximise the potential of their human capital, whilst navigating an increasingly challenging and changing world of work.

Driving organisational effectiveness through intelligent operating models, organisational design and embracing new transformative technologies to deliver an outstanding employee experience has been her primary focus.

Before Korn Ferry, Sarah worked at Top Tier consulting firms for 12 years within HR Transformation, Talent and and Organisational Change practices.

Examples of her most recent delivery of programmes have included developing HR and Talent strategies with HR leads and senior stakeholders, design and implementing of global talent marketplace solutions, operating model re-design, and organisational change strategy and implementation for a variety of technology solutions.

She has also worked with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies to make well informed, data and insight driven decisions and to solve business challenges, using people data and analytics.

Prior to her Consulting career, Sarah was a senior HR practitioner within a variety of highly branded organisations.

Sarah holds a Business Management BSc degree and a Post Graduate diploma in HR. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
