Known to build trust and frequently challenge the status quo on complex business issues, Sharon supports several of Patina’s Manufacturing and Retail clients, with an emphasis on the Food industry.

Sharon has an entrepreneurial spirit. She started a business soon after college and contracted with several organizations early in her career. She enjoys building and networking to create something great.

Prior to joining Patina, Sharon was a Senior Business Development Director at a global engagement agency where she helped Fortune 1000 companies align critical behaviors to key business strategies to accelerate results. She helped launch the foodservice industry's #1 loyalty program.

Sharon has a B.S. in Food Science and Technology from the University of Minnesota. Tapping into her love for golf and this great nation, Sharon is an advisory board member for Tee It Up for the Troops, an organization to honor, remember, respect and support those who serve(d) in the Armed Forces.
