With more than 15 years of experience in the search industry, Sharon has honed her expertise in sourcing top-tier candidates for senior HR and corporate function positions for regional and global roles. Her track record encompasses a wide range of organisations, from multinational corporations to education, nonprofit and government entities, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, across diverse industries in the Asia Pacific region.
Currently, she spearheads the Education & Nonprofit practice for ASEAN, actively partnering with international K-12 schools, higher learning institutions, government bodies, and nonprofit organisations to fulfil their crucial senior roles.
Having accumulated over 25 years of experience in both HR and business functions, Sharon has held leadership roles in HR and P&L management in startups, Asian organisations, and global MNCs with a highly matrixed and multicultural environment. Her extensive experience has equipped her with a broad perspective, enabling her to undertake complex client engagements requiring regional or global searches effectively.
Sharon's credentials include managing senior candidates and collaborating with demanding stakeholders and board members. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from La Trobe University in Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, she is based in multicultural Singapore.
