Using behavioural science and talent analytics, she helps clients make better decisions and build resilient businesses in the face of change.

Over the past 10 years, Sherly has advised global, ASX-listed and private organisations across multiple industries, including banking, insurance, and diversified financial services, industrials and resources, technology, media, and telecommunications, healthcare and life sciences, education, government, and NFPs.

Prior to joining the firm, Sherly developed a strategy of interventions to uplift psychological health and safety, culture and wellbeing for Australia’s largest retail supply chain.

She also has deep experience in Board and C-suite advisory through senior search assignments in the public sector.

Sherly holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Services degree with High Distinction and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

She is accredited in various psychometric assessment tools, including KF4D, KFLA, KF Potential, KF360, Styles and Climate, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory, Hay Job Evaluation Method, Talent Q, Hogan Assessments, and the 15FQ+ personality questionnaire.
