Ms. Mathur is an Organizational Psychologist with over 10 years of experience with Korn Ferry in the field of talent management and leadership development. She has successfully helped a wide range of public and private sector clients to unleash the power of their human capital to drive business outcomes.
She has managed several large scale projects and worked closely with client teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered with high quality standards and within the timeframes.
Ms. Mathur has worked extensively with clients in the Financial Services, Industrial and Oil, Consumer and Gas sector. Shrutika has experience in various human capital areas including design and facilitation of leadership development interventions, talent assessment, career pathing, succession planning, talent analytics, job analysis and job evaluation.
She has worked with clients in defining organisational needs, designing and facilitating leadership and high potential programs, building competency frameworks and designing assessment and development solutions, using a wide range of tools. In the Work Measurement domain, her expertise lies in job analysis, job family models and job evaluation linking these frameworks to the wider talent management issues that clients may face.
She has completed her Master’s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and is a Psychology graduate from Delhi University. She is certified in Korn Ferry Hay Group’s proprietary tools and practices in the areas of Behavioural Event Interviewing, Competency Coding, KF4D, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Styles and Climate, Job analysis and Job Evaluation. Prior to moving to Dubai, Shrutika was working as a Consultant in our Mumbai office for 3.5 years.
